Readers won’t be at all surprised by yesterday’s (TUES) flurry of frenzied Hollywood news stories that pop-princess Britney Spears and former manager Larry Rudolph will soon reunite. It began with a flash from E! Entertainment quickly followed by US.com and then instantly on TMZ. But if they’d all read our column last Tuesday Larry told me exclusively on a visit to his new Sunset Tan salon at the just opened Palms Place that he’d been talking constantly to her father, Jamie and added: “Britney will soon be able to seriously think about resuming her showbiz career and that comeback will be the biggest story ever.”

Larry masterminded Britney’s incredible money making career and chart-topping success over the years—and they only split up when she was angry that he’d helped orchestrate her initial rehab stint in the Promises clinic in the hills above Malibu. But as he told me with a knowing look and a twinkle in his eye: “She’s dumped all those bad people that somehow got into her life. She’s got rid of all those terrible influences and if she stages a tour it’ll make the biggest showbiz comeback ever.” He even confirmed that she’s already been working out with a choreographer to get her dancing right back to peak performance level!
